Reconnecting with old friends

We are quickly coming up on the 25th DSI/ITI User Group.  This year marks my 12th year at the conference and it is a time of the year I look forward to with both great excitement and a bit of nervousness.

Each and every day that we come to work we strive to improve your experience with our products.  User Group gives us the opportunity to connect with our user base directly to discuss new products, brainstorm new ideas and, what I feel is most important, reaffirm our commitment to our users by connecting on a personal level.

Our users are not simply a number or a facility to us- they are the ones that we are here to serve and support.  I will admit that I do not know someone from each of our hundreds of clients yet, but I am getting close!

Our goal is to continue to prove to you that you made the right choice selecting DSI/ITI as your technology provider.  If you are at this year's User Group conference, please take a minute to let me know how we are doing.  I hope to see you soon!

If you visitwww.offenderconnect.com and create an account, you can tie in both your phone account (you can put prepaid debits on there so you can receive calls) and you can also make deposits for commissary (in most facilities. Some do not offer this function, so you may need to check the list on Offenderconnect.com). If you run into any problems, 1.814.949.3303 or email us at support@OffenderConnect.com
